Requirements
- Hands-on experience with trades-based CRM platforms such as House Call Pro, Jobber, or ServiceTitan.
- Excellent written English with professional, warm communication skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tasks and gap identification.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools for copy generation, SEO, and research.
- Research-driven and highly detail-oriented with record-keeping.
- Ability to work during 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST (Arizona) time zone.
- Stable internet connection, clear camera, and professional microphone for remote work.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp for email campaigns (nice-to-have).
- Proficiency in Canva for creating on-brand graphics (nice-to-have).
- Ability to perform basic WordPress/Divi maintenance (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a customer database of approximately 250 clients using House Call Pro.
- Implement segmenting tags to categorize clients and nurture leads via follow-ups.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and customized templates.
- Curate content and manage engagement for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels.
- Keep the Google Business Profile updated and manage review responses using AI.
- Handle customer communications via email and text, excluding inbound phone calls.
- Organize technical documentation in OneDrive and create new SOPs for CRM workflows.
