Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic sales, alliance management, and enterprise technology business development within the GSI partner landscape.
  • Advanced commercial and technical acumen with a track record of structuring complex GSI transactions such as cloud marketplace agreements or migration programs.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and drive results with minimal oversight across diverse internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated competency in data-driven forecasting, business review delivery, and strategic planning.
  • Capable of translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for partner and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the North American GSI strategy, directly accountable for revenue performance, co-sell pipeline creation, and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain executive-level networks across GSI CXO, Practice, and Client Partner communities to influence joint strategies and secure deal-level support.
  • Articulate value propositions and business cases aligning enterprise technology solutions with GSI market priorities and end-customer outcomes.
  • Establish and refine strategic commercial frameworks and operational execution plans to enable scalable partner programs.
  • Provide expert-level judgment on negotiation strategies and deal structures to maximize GSI business impact.
  • Evangelize enterprise storage technology and solutions to ensure customers grasp the total value proposition.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for winning new customers.
  • Drive and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure quarterly and annual quotas are met or exceeded.
