  • Proven track record of collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills for clear concept presentation.
  • Ability to balance analytical skills with creative approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, lifecycle management, and data analytics.
  • Experience with complex MarTech stacks such as Marketo, SFDC, and 6Sense.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools like 6Sense, Drift, Mutiny, and Uberflip.

  • Identify areas of opportunity using customer data to build campaigns for adoption, retention, and renewal.
  • Manage integrated campaigns with customer success, account management, and product teams.
  • Lead marketers through campaign preparation, segmenting customers, content creation, and metrics.
  • Align stakeholders on campaign messaging and provide updates on performance and results.
  • Partner with customer teams to enhance customer experiences throughout their lifecycle.
  • Develop a customer advocacy strategy to support demand efforts.
  • Prioritize customer accounts annually for targeted efforts.
  • Optimize global marketing activities using data analytics.
