🔍 Healthcare and Digital Health
- 2+ years’ experience in account or vendor management.
- Experience in reporting, forecast management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Healthcare experience with a health plan or digital health company is a plus.
- Strong self-starter mentality with a drive to 'get things done,' even amidst ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within Solera and partner organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong interest in digital health and commitment to making a difference.
- BA/BS preferred with a record of success in partnership development.
- Monitor partner performance to identify, triage, and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead strategic discussions to deepen relationships with partners and uncover growth opportunities.
- Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews with strategic partners, including creating agendas and presentations.
- Collaborate with the data/reporting team to establish and report on partner KPIs.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with each network partner managed.
- Provide volume forecasts to network partners and clearly explain underlying drivers.
- Identify opportunities to exceed forecasts with support from network partners and cross-functional Solera teams.
- Hold network partners accountable for meeting performance benchmarks and improving quality standards.
- Troubleshoot user and technology issues alongside Solera’s product and engineering teams.
- Manage the implementation of new Network Partners in partnership with project management and engineering.
- Support key strategic deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.
