Engineering at OnBoard

OnBoard engineers tackle complex challenges, building scalable SaaS applications that power critical board operations for global organizations. You'll craft solutions using C# and .NET Core for web applications, alongside Vue.JS, React, or Angular 2+ for engaging front-end experiences. The team champions AI-assisted development, leveraging tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality. You will contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered features, integrating semantic search, RAG frameworks, and vector database architectures. Our commitment to high security environments (SOC2, ISO27001) ensures robust and resilient systems. You will thrive in an agile environment, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
