Account Executive - Commercial

Achieve or exceed assigned new-business and recurring-revenue targets.
Build and maintain sufficient qualified pipeline through a combination of inbound lead conversion and self-generated prospecting.
Own the full sales cycle from qualification and discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and contract execution.
Deliver relevant presentations and demonstrations that connect OnBoard’s capabilities to the prospect’s needs.
Maintain accurate and timely opportunity records, pipeline data, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, Legal, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to create and advance opportunities.
Coordinate a complete handoff to Customer Success following contract execution.

The team champions AI-assisted development, leveraging tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality. You will contribute to cutting-edge AI-powered features, integrating semantic search, RAG frameworks, and vector database architectures. Our commitment to high security environments (SOC2, ISO27001) ensures robust and resilient systems. You will thrive in an agile environment, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
