Lead all aspects of development and execution of implementation project plans to ensure on time, on budget, quality delivery
Act as a strategic thought partner between Delivery, go-to-market and product teams
Work autonomously to navigate and overcome obstacles
Form strong working relationships with client counterparts from operators to executives
Partner with Solution Design Leads, Client Growth Leads, and engineers to execute complex implementations
Coach and mentor Implementation Managers
Refine tools and processes to scale the Delivery team
Serve as the voice of the customer to inform improvements to the platform
