Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
- Specialization in account management or business development for B2B travel companies.
- Excellent knowledge of the local travel market.
- Advanced proficiency in Armenian and English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Proactive, action-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
- International mindset and cross-cultural working ability.
- Willingness to travel for business (10-20% of the time).
Responsibilities
- Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory.
- Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners such as tour operators, travel agencies, and OTAs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow business opportunities.
- Provide system training to existing and new partners.
- Address incident issues and provide partner support.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing.
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis.
- Provide regular reporting through CRM and internal systems.
