Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Technical Program Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong technical foundation with a clear understanding of system architecture and integrations.
- Experience working with APIs or developer-facing platforms.
- Data literacy with the ability to articulate analytics concepts like A/B testing.
- Proven ability to engage and build trust with both engineers and business executives.
- Demonstrated track record of driving software adoption, usage, and measurable customer success.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Experience with AI/ML systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), or large-scale data platforms (preferred).
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
- Track record in fast-growing startups or early-stage environments (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide white-glove communication and trusted advisory to customers as they design and deploy AI-powered workflows.
- Support customers in integrating with API systems and provide guidance on system design and performance trade-offs.
- Diagnose technical issues and unblock adoption through hands-on troubleshooting.
- Identify patterns across customer usage and advocate for customer needs to the internal product and engineering teams.
- Manage long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders to drive customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
