Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of growth, eCommerce, or upper-funnel customer experiences at scale.
  • Proven track record in a global DTC environment.
  • Significant experience shipping features and experiments that improve business metrics like conversion, revenue, or average order value.
  • Hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis formation and design through rollout and iteration.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort making product tradeoffs under uncertainty.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep empathy for users across global customer segments and buying contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Experience with personalization, AI-powered experiences, or experimentation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the upper-funnel global DTC experience across homepage, category pages, PDPs, education, campaigns, and exploratory flows.
  • Define and execute a product roadmap that balances strong customer experiences with measurable impact on conversion, average order value, and revenue.
  • Identify, test, and ship AI-powered and personalized experiences that help site visitors understand Oura and choose the right offering.
  • Partner with Data, ML, and Engineering to prototype and scale agentic and personalized experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure experiences are localized and transcreated across key markets.
  • Lead a rigorous experimentation program, developing and testing hypotheses rooted in data.
  • Create crisp PRDs, experimentation briefs, and decision documents to align stakeholders.
