Requirements
- 4+ years of experience owning high-volume cases, accounts, or client relationships end-to-end in a B2B services environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing high concurrent volume across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with financial workflows such as invoicing or billing under zero-defect requirements.
- Proven track record of creating or refining SOPs, checklists, or workflow processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using at least one CRM, case-management, or client-portal system.
- C1+ English proficiency (CEFR) at near-native, mastery level.
- Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET with 100% overlap.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume, multi-channel queue of active cases via email, phone, and client portals.
- Oversee money-adjacent workflows including invoicing, billing, and case financial coordination.
- Build and repair SOPs, trackers, checklists, and workflow processes from scratch.
- Coordinate directly between external stakeholders including law firms, insurance carriers, and medical providers.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and provide on-time reporting.
