Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Account Executive experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving escalations professionally.
- Experienced handling 20+ client accounts.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and ongoing communications.
- Handle escalations and disputes, including notice periods, conduct issues, and client concerns, with professionalism.
- Manage client communication regarding billing, service delivery, account performance, and operational updates.
- Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
- Proactively monitor client health to identify risks before they become issues.
- Build trusted client relationships to ensure early identification and resolution of problems.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience while balancing client and business needs.
