Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Experience, or Account Executive experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations and resolving escalations professionally.
  • Experienced handling 20+ client accounts.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise client accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, requests, and ongoing communications.
  • Handle escalations and disputes, including notice periods, conduct issues, and client concerns, with professionalism.
  • Manage client communication regarding billing, service delivery, account performance, and operational updates.
  • Coordinate closely with Payroll, Talent Success, Recruitment, and Operations teams.
  • Proactively monitor client health to identify risks before they become issues.
  • Build trusted client relationships to ensure early identification and resolution of problems.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience while balancing client and business needs.
