Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, operations, or recruitment coordination.
  • Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead professional client calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation, scheduling, and process management.
  • Proactive and dependable, capable of working independently.
  • Must be available to work during U.S. daytime hours.
  • Preferred: Experience in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or remote team management.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls and manage the transition from sales to delivery.
  • Document client requirements, expectations, and project timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.
  • Run regular check-ins and provide search progress updates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure attendance between clients and candidates.
  • Resolve client issues, handle documentation requests, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Collect and share post-interview feedback with the internal team.
