Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, operations, or recruitment coordination.
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead professional client calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High attention to detail regarding documentation, scheduling, and process management.
- Proactive and dependable, capable of working independently.
- Must be available to work during U.S. daytime hours.
- Preferred: Experience in staffing, outsourcing, BPO, or remote team management.
- Preferred: Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding calls and manage the transition from sales to delivery.
- Document client requirements, expectations, and project timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle.
- Run regular check-ins and provide search progress updates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure attendance between clients and candidates.
- Resolve client issues, handle documentation requests, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Collect and share post-interview feedback with the internal team.
