Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, ACOS improvements, and successful product launches.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising (PPC/DSP) and competitive analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon data, profitability analytics, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) in a CST-aligned timezone.
  • Ownership mentality with a focus on results, accountability, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable using video calls, Slack, and data dashboard tools.
  • Ability to lead meetings, delegate tasks, and follow up on commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute growth strategies set by Key Account Managers for assigned client accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate POD members, including PPC specialists, content creators, and supply chain coordinators.
  • Drive revenue growth, advertising efficiency, and profitability across accounts using FC Insights.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches including keyword research, positioning, and unit economics.
  • Communicate proactively with clients via weekly updates and data-driven performance reports.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and provide solutions for operational challenges.
