Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
  • Background working in an agency environment or service-based business.
  • Ability to follow established processes, systems, and checklists.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours with 4–6 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (PST).
  • Availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Slack channels and handle inquiries.
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including hosting calls and technical setup.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and host check-in calls with clients.
  • Coordinate internal project management tasks, ensuring all client requests are logged and tracked.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Route client requests to appropriate internal specialists such as media buyers or editors.
