Requirements

  • Advanced level of English & Spanish proficiency.
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer success roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Client-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good judgment in decision-making.
  • Prior client-facing experience in accounting, tax, finance, or consulting firms (plus).
  • Familiarity with financial statements, accounting reports, or tax documents (plus).
  • Prior experience using HubSpot (plus).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Handle client concerns with care and urgency, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
  • Lead clients through a seamless onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
  • Facilitate and prepare proposals for both new and existing clients, manage renewals, and follow up on outstanding requests.
  • Audit service processes to ensure adherence to best practices and drive improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
