Requirements
- Advanced level of English & Spanish proficiency.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Intermediate Google Apps & Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Client-first mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good judgment in decision-making.
- Prior client-facing experience in accounting, tax, finance, or consulting firms (plus).
- Familiarity with financial statements, accounting reports, or tax documents (plus).
- Prior experience using HubSpot (plus).
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional responses.
- Handle client concerns with care and urgency, ensuring swift resolution of issues.
- Lead clients through a seamless onboarding process and provide ongoing support.
- Facilitate and prepare proposals for both new and existing clients, manage renewals, and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Audit service processes to ensure adherence to best practices and drive improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
