Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • High-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in an EUC or similar software company.
  • Proven experience in building multi-threaded stakeholder relationships in Fortune 100 companies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate technical outcomes into business value narratives.
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Experience with SaaS or IT space preferred.
  • Experience with Outreach.io, Chorus, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Clari, Confluence, or EverAfter preferred.
  • Working knowledge of VDI/Citrix/VMware virtualization solutions preferred.
  • Knowledge of German C5 certification process preferred.
  • Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC framework preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Proactively identify and monitor account risk, including adoption gaps, disengaged stakeholders, and environment instability.
  • Take ownership of escalating and driving mitigation of risks across internal teams.
  • Identify and guide customers toward fuller product adoption to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with senior IT professionals and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as a customer advocate and the voice of the customer within ControlUp.
  • Maintain stakeholder maps to ensure value is communicated to decision-makers and sponsors.
