Requirements
- Native German speaker with excellent communication skills.
- High-level fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in an EUC or similar software company.
- Proven experience in building multi-threaded stakeholder relationships in Fortune 100 companies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate technical outcomes into business value narratives.
- Critical thinker, problem solver, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Experience with SaaS or IT space preferred.
- Experience with Outreach.io, Chorus, Salesforce, Slack, Splunk, Zoom, Clari, Confluence, or EverAfter preferred.
- Working knowledge of VDI/Citrix/VMware virtualization solutions preferred.
- Knowledge of German C5 certification process preferred.
- Experience with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC framework preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of a portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Proactively identify and monitor account risk, including adoption gaps, disengaged stakeholders, and environment instability.
- Take ownership of escalating and driving mitigation of risks across internal teams.
- Identify and guide customers toward fuller product adoption to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain close relationships with senior IT professionals and executive stakeholders.
- Act as a customer advocate and the voice of the customer within ControlUp.
- Maintain stakeholder maps to ensure value is communicated to decision-makers and sponsors.
