Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in business development, healthcare sales, or channel sales.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent/native-level German and professional fluency in English.
- Proven experience working with hospitals, radiology departments, or medical imaging organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex B2B or healthcare sales processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for technical products.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and collaboration tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion).
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally across the DACH region and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies for Germany and the broader DACH market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, radiology groups, and imaging centers.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including radiologists, department leaders, and hospital procurement teams.
- Manage the full commercial pipeline from lead generation and qualification through product presentation and negotiation.
- Work closely with clinical and technical teams to support discussions involving MRI workflows, PACS, and SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to establish relationships with key opinion leaders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information through CRM tools.
