Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or sales.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles, acquisition funnels, and key performance metrics.
- Familiarity with acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram.
- Knowledge of major iGaming market players and partner acquisition methods.
- Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term business relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to outreach and process development.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage high-volume outreach.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating partners and market trends.
- Willingness and legal ability to travel internationally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
- iGaming industry experience is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and proactively approach new traffic partners, including CPA networks, webmasters, and media-buying teams.
- Build outbound acquisition strategies using cold outreach, industry communities, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial conversations and negotiations with prospective partners, establishing traffic types, rates, and commercial models.
- Qualify potential partners based on traffic quality, business potential, and commercial fit.
- Coordinate with launch and affiliate management teams to ensure smooth transition through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to create sustainable commercial opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging traffic sources and monitor affiliate marketing trends.
- Represent the organization at international industry conferences and events.
