Requirements
- Proven track record in sourcing, diligencing, and closing high-value partnerships.
- Crypto-native industry knowledge with expert-level understanding of DeFi protocols and ecosystems.
- Previous professional experience in a Business Development team, ideally within DeFi.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage key external stakeholder relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Fluency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in an ecosystem partnerships role (nice to have).
- Established network of high-potential partners in the DeFi space (nice to have).
- Strong presence or focus in the US market, particularly New York (nice to have).
- Quantitative and analytical skills, with technical background in data science, coding, or cryptography (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential DeFi partners including protocols, DAOs, liquidity providers, and institutional players.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from initial outreach to closing and relationship management.
- Analyze the DeFi landscape to identify emerging trends, new protocols, and innovative business opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive protocol reach and adoption.
- Represent the protocol at major industry events, forums, and governance discussions.
- Execute strategies to grow Total Value Locked (TVL) by attracting retail and institutional capital.
- Monitor TVL metrics and leverage data-driven insights to optimize growth tactics and remove barriers to capital inflow.
