Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in electronic security systems (e.g., intrusion, video, access control, fire safety).
- Proven experience in sales or business development within a vertical B2B market.
- Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
- Results-oriented mindset with a high level of self-initiative and personal responsibility.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- High level of motivation and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Professional demeanor and ethical behavior.
- Willingness to act as a brand ambassador for Ajax Systems.
Responsibilities
- Promote Ajax Systems products and services to system integrators, installers, consultants, and business partners in Germany.
- Identify new business opportunities and organize meetings with potential partners.
- Plan and prepare professional product presentations for partners and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cooperation partners and monitoring stations.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and development updates to partners.
- Conduct product and sales training sessions in collaboration with business partners.
- Promote the specification of Ajax systems in new project solutions.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to meet partner requirements.
- Support the development of market strategies for the product portfolio.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management using the internal CRM.
