Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a BD or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems.
- Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling.
- Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads, particularly Crypto Twitter.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency using AI tools to optimize and automate workflows (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
- Results-oriented approach with experience measuring conversion outcomes.
- Technical background (Engineer, Devrel, Product Manager) preferred.
- Understanding of ERC-4337 and EIP-7702 preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations.
- Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure directly to developer teams.
- Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering.
- Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, tying engagement back to the adoption pipeline.
- Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to strategically position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations.
