Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting.
- 2+ years of experience working with or within a channel ecosystem (MSP, MSSP, or TSP).
- Advanced technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and troubleshooting customer queries.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge including network, cloud, and application security.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong discovery and consultative skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to effectively communicate the technical value of cybersecurity consulting services during prospect calls, demos, and presentations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities and address technical questions.
- Contribute to sales strategies, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations based on technical considerations.
- Engage with cross-product tools including Linux, Windows, AD, firewalls, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, CrowdStrike, and others.
- Advocate for customer interests by sharing feedback internally.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant language for diverse stakeholders.
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats and technologies to inform customer discussions.
- Develop customized proposals based on identified customer pain points.
