- Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Research, Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Drive proactive, multi-channel sourcing for technical and commercial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, structure interviews, and calibrate hiring standards.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Maintain pipeline data in Greenhouse and report on hiring metrics.
- Support compensation, leveling, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist the Director of Talent with HR operational needs.
