Requirements
- 7+ years of experience selling Cloud and Cyber Security technology into large Enterprises.
- Direct experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with cloud concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent practical knowledge.
- Proven experience in complex and strategic selling cycles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-architecture concepts, risk management, and OSI stack protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS).
- In-depth knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
- Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Cloud Formation.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both executive and technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage stress, and adapt to changing goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy across the full sales lifecycle, including executive presentations, deep-dive demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Independently conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POC), from installation to data interpretation and value summary.
- Drive customer discovery to uncover requirements and mitigate technical buying objections.
- Map technical capabilities to business drivers and strategic initiatives while scoping bills of materials (BOM).
- Collaborate with Product Management to shape next-gen cloud security offerings based on field intelligence.
- Mentor other sales engineers and build strategic relationships with regional partner SEs.
- Maintain accurate opportunity development data within Salesforce (SFDC).
