Requirements
- 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience for entry level.
- 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience for senior level.
- Demonstrated potential, curiosity, and coachability.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Resilience and energy in a fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM for senior roles.
- Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Comfort articulating a value proposition and handling objections.
Responsibilities
- Generate and source new sales opportunities using cold calling and email.
- Build rapport with prospects and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Manage pipeline through customized outreach strategies.
- Document prospect needs and lead details in Salesforce for Account Executives.
- Set up demo meetings or calls with prospective customers.
- Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager.
- Assess prospect needs and present appropriate platform solutions.
