Requirements

  • 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience for entry level.
  • 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience for senior level.
  • Demonstrated potential, curiosity, and coachability.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilience and energy in a fast-moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM for senior roles.
  • Tech-savvy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Comfort articulating a value proposition and handling objections.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and source new sales opportunities using cold calling and email.
  • Build rapport with prospects and qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline through customized outreach strategies.
  • Document prospect needs and lead details in Salesforce for Account Executives.
  • Set up demo meetings or calls with prospective customers.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to the Sales Manager.
  • Assess prospect needs and present appropriate platform solutions.
