Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Merchant Success.
  • Experience within fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant operations, settlements, and payment methods.
  • Proven experience managing merchant portfolios and driving account growth.
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities and support commercial discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence working with performance metrics and business data.
  • Proficiency working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and non-technical teams.
  • English B2+ proficiency.
  • Fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

  • Manage merchant relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing merchants.
  • Drive account growth through retention, upsell opportunities, and commercial optimization.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on merchant needs and business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
  • Coordinate merchant onboarding and monitor performance post-launch.
  • Analyze traffic, transaction volumes, approval rates, and business performance metrics.
  • Act as a central coordination point between merchants and internal teams including technical, legal, and operations departments.
