Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Merchant Success.
- Experience within fintech, payments, PSP, acquiring, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant operations, settlements, and payment methods.
- Proven experience managing merchant portfolios and driving account growth.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and support commercial discussions.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with performance metrics and business data.
- Proficiency working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client records.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and non-technical teams.
- English B2+ proficiency.
- Fluent Russian.
Responsibilities
- Manage merchant relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with existing merchants.
- Drive account growth through retention, upsell opportunities, and commercial optimization.
- Prepare tailored commercial proposals based on merchant needs and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate merchant onboarding and monitor performance post-launch.
- Analyze traffic, transaction volumes, approval rates, and business performance metrics.
- Act as a central coordination point between merchants and internal teams including technical, legal, and operations departments.
