Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Proven experience negotiating and closing customer renewals.
- Experience working with a technical or API-driven product.
- Consultative approach to customer success.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Excitement for the startup environment.
- Ability to act as the owner of a book of business.
- Interest in data innovation and product utilization.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined book of business with operational freedom to drive success.
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal.
- Negotiate and close customer contract renewals.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Data Consultants to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Track product consumption metrics to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships based on deep knowledge of customer goals.
- Act as an escalation point to resolve issues and ensure positive customer outcomes.
