Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing customer renewals.
  • Experience working with a technical or API-driven product.
  • Consultative approach to customer success.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Excitement for the startup environment.
  • Ability to act as the owner of a book of business.
  • Interest in data innovation and product utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined book of business with operational freedom to drive success.
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal.
  • Negotiate and close customer contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Data Consultants to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Track product consumption metrics to identify optimization and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships based on deep knowledge of customer goals.
  • Act as an escalation point to resolve issues and ensure positive customer outcomes.
