Requirements

  • Previous experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or a SaaS company.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as customer support or account management.
  • Strong IT literacy and the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with CRM and ticket management solutions (HubSpot and Jira preferred).
  • Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Degree-educated in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for EXADS SaaS products with external clients.
  • Onboard and educate new clients on the platform's value proposition and functionality.
  • Address client issues and facilitate effective technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for API integrations.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product development.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and enhancements.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to drive growth.
