Requirements
- Previous experience in digital advertising, digital marketing, or a SaaS company.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as customer support or account management.
- Strong IT literacy and the ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
- Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with CRM and ticket management solutions (HubSpot and Jira preferred).
- Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Degree-educated in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for EXADS SaaS products with external clients.
- Onboard and educate new clients on the platform's value proposition and functionality.
- Address client issues and facilitate effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for API integrations.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer to influence product development.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and enhancements.
- Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to drive growth.
