Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a complex global company.
- Proven experience in SaaS or recurring revenue business models with broad product portfolios.
- Deep expertise in ARR frameworks, subscription economics, and SaaS metrics.
- Strong FP&A background including long-range modeling, scenario analysis, and board-level reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI tools.
- Experience in private equity-backed environments with a track record of value creation and exit readiness.
- Demonstrated success building and leading Finance Business Partner organizations.
- Experience with debt management, covenant reporting, and EBITDA optimization.
- Ability to lead in a player-coach capacity within a remote-first distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the company.
- Build and lead the Finance Business Partner organization to embed finance into Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product units.
- Oversee corporate financial reporting, including Board of Directors materials and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Provide analytical insights into ARR, SaaS metrics, and subscription economics for diverse product lines and segments.
- Develop and maintain long-range financial plans, pricing strategies, and scenario models aligned with corporate strategy.
- Support corporate development initiatives including M&A due diligence, valuation modeling, and integration planning.
- Manage debt covenant compliance, EBITDA tracking, and lender relationships.
- Drive financial system optimizations, including the implementation of Adaptive Planning and NetSuite enhancements.
