Requirements
- Proven experience as a software sales executive selling to a corporate IT audience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience leading national teams.
- Formal training in a proven sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC).
- Experience working with channel partners.
- Ability to conduct executive-level and technical presentations.
- Track record of cultivating and controlling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience coaching account executives to close transactions of $100k+.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting/customer analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed team pipeline and sales targets.
- Manage regional sales team by recruiting, training, coaching, and appraising performance.
- Develop regional sales plans to support national objectives and achieve financial forecasts.
- Maintain and expand the customer base by building rapport with key accounts.
- Define go-to-market strategies for the commercial market.
- Recommend product enhancements by identifying market trends and consumer needs.
