Requirements

  • Proven experience as a software sales executive selling to a corporate IT audience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience leading national teams.
  • Formal training in a proven sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC).
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Ability to conduct executive-level and technical presentations.
  • Track record of cultivating and controlling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience coaching account executives to close transactions of $100k+.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern prospecting/customer analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed team pipeline and sales targets.
  • Manage regional sales team by recruiting, training, coaching, and appraising performance.
  • Develop regional sales plans to support national objectives and achieve financial forecasts.
  • Maintain and expand the customer base by building rapport with key accounts.
  • Define go-to-market strategies for the commercial market.
  • Recommend product enhancements by identifying market trends and consumer needs.
