Requirements
- Experience as an enterprise software sales executive selling to a corporate IT audience.
- Experience selling into the SLED market.
- Proven success leading a regional team with exceptional leadership and people skills.
- Classic training in a proven sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC).
- Experience working with Channel Partners.
- Ability to conduct executive-level and high-level technical presentations.
- Experience cultivating and controlling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of closing five to six-figure+ transactions.
- Strong focus and time management skills to work remotely.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage a regional sales team to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Define go-to-market strategy and build the regional team.
- Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and managing budgets.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to support and close complex deals.
- Build and maintain rapport with key customers while identifying new opportunities.
- Focus on opportunity creation via partner and end-user engagement.
- Contribute regional sales insights and recommendations to strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry trends and cybersecurity developments.
