Requirements

  • Experience as an enterprise software sales executive selling to a corporate IT audience.
  • Experience selling into the SLED market.
  • Proven success leading a regional team with exceptional leadership and people skills.
  • Classic training in a proven sales methodology (e.g., Miller Heiman Strategic Selling, MEDDIC).
  • Experience working with Channel Partners.
  • Ability to conduct executive-level and high-level technical presentations.
  • Experience cultivating and controlling complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Track record of closing five to six-figure+ transactions.
  • Strong focus and time management skills to work remotely.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a regional sales team to accomplish organizational objectives.
  • Define go-to-market strategy and build the regional team.
  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and managing budgets.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to support and close complex deals.
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers while identifying new opportunities.
  • Focus on opportunity creation via partner and end-user engagement.
  • Contribute regional sales insights and recommendations to strategic planning.
  • Stay current with industry trends and cybersecurity developments.
