Requirements
- 6+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- 2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics.
- Strong understanding of GTM functions including Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable revenue processes.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce and modern revenue technology stacks.
- Proficiency in data architecture, automation, and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation for operational leverage.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and influencing capability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Revenue Operations strategy to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue performance analysis across all segments.
- Deliver executive reporting on key metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion, NRR, and forecast accuracy.
- Design and improve scalable processes for lead management, territory planning, and customer retention.
- Partner with Revenue Technology to optimize systems like Salesforce, Gong, Orum, Clay, and Datalane.
- Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team of 4.
