Requirements
- 10-15 years of industry experience in sales engineering within the cybersecurity market.
- Proven experience with SIEM/Security Analytics technologies.
- Demonstrable sales leadership experience in a high-growth enterprise software/SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of general networking concepts, Linux, and Windows.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM/XDR technologies such as Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Exabeam, or Sentinel.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl.
- Ability to evangelize security value propositions and present to C-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrated capability in managing Proof of Concept (POC) projects and technical solution demonstrations.
- Strong presentation, communication, and executive presence skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear vision and strategy for the global Sales Engineering team.
- Lead and mentor Regional Sales Engineering Managers to exceed performance targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop success plans and engagement strategies for new and existing customers.
- Provide technical expertise through demonstrations and sales enablement training.
- Act as a strategic business resource and thought leader for enterprise accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align solution positioning and growth.
- Evaluate and streamline the proof of value sales cycle with partners.
