Requirements
- 10-15 years of industry experience in sales engineering focused on cybersecurity.
- Proven experience with SIEM/Security Analytics technologies.
- Demonstrable sales leadership experience in high-tech enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.
- Expertise in general networking concepts and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- Proven capability to conduct proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.
- Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills.
- Experience with platforms like Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Exabeam, or Sentinel is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a vision for the global Sales Engineering team.
- Lead Regional Sales Engineering Managers to exceed performance targets.
- Align with sales leadership to develop success plans and engagement strategies to drive ARR.
- Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations and training for the global organization.
- Collaborate with product management and sales on strategy, direction, and solution positioning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and represent Anomali at industry events.
- Streamline proof of value cycles with direct and channel partners.
