Requirements

  • 10-15 years of industry experience in sales engineering focused on cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience with SIEM/Security Analytics technologies.
  • Demonstrable sales leadership experience in high-tech enterprise software sales.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.
  • Expertise in general networking concepts and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
  • Proven capability to conduct proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.
  • Excellent communication and executive-level influencing skills.
  • Experience with platforms like Splunk, ArcSight, QRadar, Exabeam, or Sentinel is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a vision for the global Sales Engineering team.
  • Lead Regional Sales Engineering Managers to exceed performance targets.
  • Align with sales leadership to develop success plans and engagement strategies to drive ARR.
  • Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations and training for the global organization.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales on strategy, direction, and solution positioning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and represent Anomali at industry events.
  • Streamline proof of value cycles with direct and channel partners.
