- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate diverse engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience driving technical innovation and embracing emerging technologies.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams through the transition to agentic development practices.
- Experience developing and enforcing an AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) or comparable governance framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive engineering strategy aligned with the company's vision and business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end development and release of SpyCloud's cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high-quality and high-speed delivery.
- Set technical direction and lead the engineering organization in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
- Lead the team's transition to agentic development practices and develop, implement, and enforce an AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC).
- Lead efforts to enhance product scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Cultivate a high-performing engineering organization focused on innovation and agility.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for data security and privacy in product development.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and compliance departments to ensure alignment and successful launches.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards and reduce defects.
