Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, SDLC, and solution design leadership.
- Deep background in software development and managing engineering teams.
- Expert-level understanding of SDLC operationalization, metrics, and team optimization.
- Strong cloud architecture expertise in AWS or Azure.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide transformations, including cloud migration and AI enablement.
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML systems into production.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing fully remote, distributed teams.
- Track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring senior technical leaders.
- Ability to travel approximately once per month for leadership meetings.
Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy into a clear 2-3 year architectural roadmap and align engineering, product, data, and business teams.
- Establish architectural principles for legacy modernization, service delivery, and AI-native platforms.
- Hire, mentor, and develop senior engineering leaders and architects.
- Drive CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure practices to improve developer experience.
- Oversee enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including identity management, data protection, and incident response.
- Present architecture and AI strategy to customers and external partners.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Lead a fully remote, distributed team of approximately 20 people.
