- 5+ years experience in full cycle recruiting
- Experience in a high growth, high change company, ideally in the SaaS/software industry
- Strong understanding of innovative sourcing methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and meet hiring needs
- Identify and execute effective sourcing tactics
- Develop and execute a strategy for attracting talent
- Track and analyze recruiting activities
- Advise on job descriptions and offer packages
- Define and execute a hiring process and candidate experience
- Ensure international hiring efforts are aligned
