Responsibilities
- Own Logis Billing implementations from kickoff through handoff, keeping project plans, health, risks, and next steps current.
- Discover how customers bill, including their payers, fee schedules, codes, clearinghouse, and reports.
- Configure payers, fee schedules, codes, claim rules, clearinghouse enrollment, remittance, and posting in Logis Billing.
- Plan and check data conversions to ensure open balances and history arrive correctly.
- Run the user acceptance test checklist with customers and obtain sign-off before go-live.
- Train customer billers and office staff on their daily workflows.
- Stay with customers through their first billing cycles until claims and payments are flowing.
- Raise project risks early and work with the team lead and customer on recovery plans.
- Hand off customer tickets to Logis Billing support and the customer relationship to Customer Success.
- Log time in real time by customer and type of work.
