Requirements
- Have 4-8 years of experience in software implementation, treasury/finance consulting, or a related client-facing technical role.
- Be able to run client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations independently.
- Have a solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance workflows.
- Have experience translating business requirements into technical configuration or process design.
- Know project management fundamentals, including scoping, timelines, and status reporting.
- Have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements as the primary point of contact for configuration and implementation work.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
- Design and configure Trovata platform solutions based on requirements.
- Deliver implementation projects and ongoing advisory engagements, including process optimization, platform expansion, and treasury best practices.
- Manage workstream timelines, testing, client communication, and issue resolution.
- Identify risks and scope changes and escalate them to the Delivery Manager and Solutions Architect.
- Support delivery partners with active implementations.
- Contribute reusable templates, playbooks, and configuration patterns to the practice.
