Requirements

- Have proven experience in the financial services or banking sector.
- Have previous experience in startup or scaleup environments.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and their practical application in project delivery.
- Have experience managing multiple teams, concurrent projects, or large-scale programs.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills, including engaging with senior leaders and clients.
- Have experience designing, planning, and facilitating client workshops.
- Bring capabilities in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Be proficient with project management and collaboration tools.
- Be able to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and continuously changing environments.
- Demonstrate leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Agile team-coaching experience is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Manage banking projects focused on implementing and delivering online banking solutions.
- Lead multiple project teams and oversee large-scale programs, aligning objectives, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define long-term program strategies and translate priorities into actionable plans.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate client workshops, project discussions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project and program risks.
- Manage project changes, adapt delivery plans, and minimize disruption to ongoing activities.
- Resolve project issues and remove delivery obstacles.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Analyze project data and performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and improve delivery.
- Drive process improvements and support organizational change initiatives.
