Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of professional experience managing software development projects in cooperation with international clients.
- Have experience managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating geographically distributed teams.
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software delivery processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable project priorities.
- Have extensive experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Have hands-on experience with Jira and Odoo.
- Be familiar with Microsoft 365 Copilot and OpenAI tools.
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English at a minimum C1 level, including professional business communication.
- Work effectively with international teams in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple software and embedded development projects, taking responsibility for scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and communicate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
- Support backlog prioritization, requirements management, and product ownership activities.
- Build relationships with international clients and align business objectives with project outcomes.
- Coordinate daily collaboration between distributed teams based in Poland and the Netherlands.
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, manage dependencies, and adapt plans to changing priorities and constraints.
- Coordinate resources and align stakeholders across multiple projects.
- Improve project management practices, tools, workflows, and internal delivery standards.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
