Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 3+ years practicing plaintiff personal injury law
- Strong understanding of personal injury litigation, medical treatment workflows, and law firm operations
- Knowledge of settlement processes and client acquisition/retention
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers
- Currently resides in either CA, NV or AZ
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Existing relationships within the plaintiff personal injury community
- Experience working with medical providers, lien resolution, or case management platforms
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Drive the overall strategy to optimize revenue opportunities with law firms and providers throughout the region
- Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value law firm relationships
- Build and execute regional growth plans focused on new business acquisition, account expansion, and multi-product adoption
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)
- Conduct regular coaching, performance management, and talent development activities
- Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and internal reporting to identify opportunities and improve business performance
- Maintain accountability for expense management, activity compliance, and campaign execution
- Partner closely with Senior Leadership, Product, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategic Partnerships teams
