Juris Doctor (JD)
3+ years practicing plaintiff personal injury law
Strong understanding of personal injury litigation, medical treatment workflows, and law firm operations
Knowledge of settlement processes and client acquisition/retention
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers
Currently resides in either CA, NV or AZ
Ability to travel occasionally within the region
Leadership or management experience preferred
Existing relationships within the plaintiff personal injury community
Experience working with medical providers, lien resolution, or case management platforms
Strong business acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics

Drive the overall strategy to optimize revenue opportunities with law firms and providers throughout the region
Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value law firm relationships
Build and execute regional growth plans focused on new business acquisition, account expansion, and multi-product adoption
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)
Conduct regular coaching, performance management, and talent development activities
Utilize Salesforce, Power BI, and internal reporting to identify opportunities and improve business performance
Maintain accountability for expense management, activity compliance, and campaign execution
Partner closely with Senior Leadership, Product, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and Strategic Partnerships teams
