Requirements

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience closing complex, consultative deals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% within the Northeast region.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing of new consulting engagements.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and CRM-driven tracking.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by executing structured, consultative sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and medtech industries.
- Collaborate with internal experts to design customized solutions and present value-driven proposals.
- Track, analyze, and report key sales performance metrics such as pipeline progression and conversion rates.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
