Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 20% within the Northeast region.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and closing of new consulting engagements.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and CRM-driven tracking.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by executing structured, consultative sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and medtech industries.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to design customized solutions and present value-driven proposals.
  • Track, analyze, and report key sales performance metrics such as pipeline progression and conversion rates.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
