Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, modalities, and reimbursement models.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and managing a structured pipeline.
  • Strong existing network with OB/GYNs and outpatient clinics preferred.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows.
  • Capable of reviewing and understanding legal documents and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the medical imaging market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and private practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized imaging solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations while ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and revenue projections.
  • Track all sales activity within the CRM system.
