Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the medical imaging industry or selling to OB/GYN practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the medical imaging landscape, modalities, and reimbursement models.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and managing a structured pipeline.
- Strong existing network with OB/GYNs and outpatient clinics preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows.
- Capable of reviewing and understanding legal documents and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the medical imaging market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and private practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare administrators and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized imaging solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and revenue projections.
- Track all sales activity within the CRM system.
