Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience or a similar revenue-generating role.
- Experience in Enterprise or strategic sales is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge or work experience in the home services industry is ideal.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Strong business acumen and a drive to learn about partners' industries.
- Ability to research and uncover new, unidentified business opportunities.
- Proven ability to overcome roadblocks with creative solutions.
- Resilience and tact when navigating challenging sales situations.
- Receptive to coaching and adaptable to new sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with Enterprise-level service professionals nationwide.
- Prospect, qualify, and sell new opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with Director, VP, and C-Level executives to secure new partnerships.
- Craft creative solutions that address prospect needs while protecting company margins.
- Partner with Account Management to ensure seamless account handoffs and launches.
- Present business solutions to executives and large audiences to build company awareness.
- Report prospecting status, negotiation progress, and risks to leadership.
- Meet a minimum requirement of 5 accounts launched per quarter.
