Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in access control or the security industry (preferred).
- Experience in SaaS sales (preferred).
- Previous experience building a sales function for a product line (desired).
- Proven ability to deliver on revenue targets.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key business leaders to identify growth areas and drive new business development.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to direct sales efforts.
- Consult with potential customers to identify and suggest equipment, products, or services to meet their needs.
- Develop expertise in Wavelynx products to educate the market and articulate the value proposition.
- Work with customers to tailor solutions and facilitate transitions from current physical access control infrastructure.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales presentations and materials.
- Review and analyze sales and operational records to project sales and determine profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings.
