Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or a comparable record of sales leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in access control or the security industry (preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS sales (preferred).
  • Previous experience building a sales function for a product line (desired).
  • Proven ability to deliver on revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with key business leaders to identify growth areas and drive new business development.
  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to direct sales efforts.
  • Consult with potential customers to identify and suggest equipment, products, or services to meet their needs.
  • Develop expertise in Wavelynx products to educate the market and articulate the value proposition.
  • Work with customers to tailor solutions and facilitate transitions from current physical access control infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales presentations and materials.
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings.
