Requirements

  • 10-15 years of B2G sales and/or account management experience.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.
  • Strong discovery and presentation skills with the ability to identify customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence government agency partners.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing complex workloads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience (preferred but not required).
  • Public sector or non-profit industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, track, and respond to national market opportunities by developing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying, and contract negotiation.
  • Mentor and train a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve collaborative growth wins.
  • Develop and deliver pitch decks and proposals as a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain close ties with existing customers to identify and propose pilot programs and expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate on-site meetings, site visits, and team-related travel logistics.
  • Provide timely reporting to senior leadership on growth goals, metrics, and lessons learned.
