Requirements
- Previous experience servicing customers in the ecommerce space is a must.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with high energy and empathy.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Own relationships with Enterprise clients and lead their program strategy consultatively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support to provide client value and retain revenue.
- Implement tailored success plans based on understanding individual customer goals.
- Drive executive-level relationships and identify product expansion opportunities.
- Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and manage renewal pipelines.
- Lead client meetings and presentations both in-person and via video conference.
- Translate customer feedback into specific product requirements.
