Requirements

  • Previous experience servicing customers in the ecommerce space is a must.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with excellent computer skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with high energy and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

  • Ability to work independently as a consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with Enterprise clients and lead their program strategy consultatively.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Support to provide client value and retain revenue.
  • Implement tailored success plans based on understanding individual customer goals.
  • Drive executive-level relationships and identify product expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts and manage renewal pipelines.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations both in-person and via video conference.
  • Translate customer feedback into specific product requirements.
