Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or client-facing operations.
- Experience in life insurance, fintech, or brokerage operations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience managing partner expectations.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to turn data into operational insights.
- Technical proficiency and comfort learning and switching between multiple software platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to own issues through to completion.
- Ability to maintain organization and composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Positive, resilient attitude and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove operational support to premier life insurance agents regarding policy-level issues.
- Acknowledge incoming inquiries, manage expectations around Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and communicate resolutions.
- Diagnose policy roadblocks and route issues to the correct internal teams across Customer Service and Sales.
- Monitor active pipelines daily to identify and resolve stuck or delayed applications.
- Track, analyze, and report on recurring case trends, bottlenecks, and platform bugs.
- Operate and navigate across multiple software ecosystems and internal technology platforms.
