Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing tech/marketplace environment.
- Exceptional quantitative skills and analytical aptitude.
- Deep knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in SQL (ideally).
- Experience using AI tools to work smarter and faster.
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and action plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Willingness to travel on a quarterly cadence when required.
Responsibilities
- Support key aspects of our Retail P&L by tracking performance and identifying trends.
- Build deep relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead analyses to surface actionable insights and guide decision-making.
- Drive projects from scoping through execution by aligning stakeholders and managing timelines.
- Partner with internal and external teams to drive continuous growth and improve customer experience.
- Prepare and present clear findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
